Description Tab

The Description tab is used to provide additional information related to the report. It can be used before or after using the Criteria tab. None of the selections made on the Description tab affect the report criteria or output.

• Report Title: Only User-Defined and Month-End report titles can be edited in this field.
• Report Type: Group that the report falls under on the Report Selection tab. Cannot be edited.
• Default Output Destination: This field displays the Output Destination default, regardless of which radio button is selected on the Report Selection tab. As with Report Title, only user-defined and Month-End report Default Output Destinations can be changed here.
• Created/By: When a report has been customized, these fields display the date the report was created and the operator ID of the creator.
• Security Equivalence: This field displays the security rights required to run the report. If a user attempts to run a report without having the proper security rights, a message displays stating, "Your security does not allow access to this report."
• Notes/Comments: This is the only field on the Description tab that can be altered for standard reports. It is used for any notes or comments related to the report.
