The following reports are available from the Form Reports category of TAM Reports. Select a report from the list to jump to that report section.
Currently TAM Reports is undergoing a reports engine upgrade. During this process, both TAM Reports and TAM Classic Reports will be available. TAM Reports opens by default and many reports are available from this area. Any reports greyed out in the list are only available from TAM Classic Reports. TAM Classic Reports function as before, and by default only the reports that were not converted display. To view all reports in classic mode, select Options > Show All Reports.
Note: All Month-End, User Defined, and reports with an output of Queue Report must be done in TAM Classic Reports.

The Application Status report presents summary information on each active client application and indicates the current status of the applications. This option may be used to list specific types of applications, e.g., all AUTO applications. You may also report on applications that have a specific status, e.g., all applications that have been transmitted to a company mailbox on the IVANS Network.

The Binder Log provides two report options related to client binders. The Binder Expiration Report lists all binders due to expire within a selected range of dates. The Binder Log Report lists all binders the agency has filed and indicates their current status.

The Change Request Update report lists successful change request updates that have taken place within a selected period. For each change request, the report lists the date of update, client whose application and policy data were updated, policy type, policy number, effective date of the change, effective and expiration date of the policy, operator ID, CSR, and company with which the policy is written.

The Queued Forms report lists forms currently queued for printing or transmission to a company. This includes CSIO forms and Company Stand Alone forms.

The Universal Certificate Holder List contains the codes, names, and addresses of certificate holders.
