Commissions Entered Report

The Commissions Entered report lists all direct-billed items entered through the Record Commissions, No Reconciliation option. This report displays all transactions for which the agency has received payment from the company. The report can be used to list the direct-billed commission received in a prior time period, project future direct-billed commission income, and monitor direct-billed activity entered for a specific company. Run the report after entering direct-billed items through the Record Commissions, No Reconciliation option.

  1. At Home Base, click Accounting.
  2. Click Reconciliations.
  3. Click Direct Bill to display the Direct Bill menu.
  4. Click Commissions Entered Report. The TAM Reports program opens with the report selected.
  5. Modify the criteria as necessary. See Run Report for more information.
  6. Click Run.
  7. When you are finished viewing or printing the report, click Exit on the TAM Reports/Marketing screen to close Reports and return to the Record Commissions; No Reconciliation screen.
