Applied TAMCloud: Night Utility Start Time Recommendations

The automated Night Utility Job System allows your organization to schedule your daily data maintenance tasks, and it runs them automatically. You get to decide what jobs to run each day, and at what time those jobs start on each day. All Night Utility jobs are processed through your Applied TAMCloud environment. Applied recommends that you use the table below to determine the best start times for your jobs, given your time zone and your TAMCloud environment.

If you do not know your Applied TAMCloud environment name, log in to the Applied Community, and select System Status page. In the Maintenance Information section, your environment name displays. In the example shown below, the Applied TAMCloud environment is NAUSW1.

To optimize Applied TAMCloud processing time, schedule your Night Utility during the recommended time for your time zone, as noted in the chart below. Choose job start times by locating your environment and your local time zone in the table.
