Use the following steps to remove an account from a conglomerate.
Note: You must remove subaccounts (Children) before you are allowed to remove a main account (Parent). The Remove Account option is disabled on the Parent account if Children are attached.
At Home Base, click Clients & Files.
From the Customer List, select the customer you want to remove from the conglomerate.
Click Options and select Conglomerate Customer.
In the Conglomerate Customers window, click Remove Account, and then click OK.
