Create and Print an Individual Label
Queue an individual file or mailing label to print at a later time. It is important to note the following:
- Because you are only able to send labels to a standard printer (rather than a single label printer) through this process, it is recommended that you queue several labels before printing them, in order to avoid wasting an entire sheet of labels to print only a few.
- Make sure that you load the correct size of label paper into your printer for the type of label you are printing. Mailing labels are 4" by 1.33", while file labels are 3.5" by 0.94". (If you wish to create a different size of label, you should instead access the Reports area and use Microsoft Word mailmerge to generate the labels. Click here for instructions.)

- Click OK to print the labels.
