TAM includes a sophisticated tool for managers to track productivity in their offices. The Executive Information System (EIS) allows you to choose from four reports (Activity, Book-of-Business, Claims, and Production) and modify the search parameters. The significant difference is that the data from these reports is transferred into Microsoft Excel for further manipulation.
Note: EIS applications are not available when using Office XP or above.
