View/Edit Transaction Detail

  1. At Home Base, click Clients & Files.
  2. Select the appropriate entity type from the dropdown menu above the list.
  3. In the list, select the entity and click the Invoices button.
  4. Click the Options button and select Update Transactions to activate the Transaction List screen.
  5. Click the General Transactions, Installment Plan, or Open Binders radio button to determine what transactions display in the list.
  6. Highlight the desired transaction, click Options, and select Update.

    Note: Only commissionable transactions can be adjusted.
  7. On the Update Transactions screen, click the buttons at the top of the screen to browse through each item or jump to the first and last invoice. The invoice detail shows in the screen.

    Note:
    Many transactions have limited revisions (e.g., a transaction that has been reconciled). Fields are disabled if revision is not allowed.
  8. Revise the invoice as desired, then click OK to activate the Record Changes window.
  9. Click Yes to confirm the change.
  10. If you are revising an installment transaction, choose the desired installment(s) to update on the Update Installments screen, and click OK.
  11. Click Close to return to the main Transaction List.
