Add a Future Customer Application

  1. At Home Base, click Clients & Files.
  2. From the dropdown menu above the list, select Customers.
  3. Select the desired customer from the list.
  4. Click the Policy List button to access the Policy List.
  5. Select the appropriate policy.
  6. Click Options, and then click Future App.
  7. Click Yes to confirm that this is a new future application. The new future application displays. This form copies all information from the current application, moving the Eff and Exp dates forward by one year.
  8. Enter the application information as desired. Click the tabs on the bottom of the application or use the [Page Down] key to enter information on different application screens.
