Premium Proofs Processing

Premium Proofs Processing was designed for agencies that utilize Applied CSR24, as a premium certificate processing platform and do not use the corresponding features in Applied TAM.

Single sign on to Applied CSR24 through Applied TAM must be set up for this feature to work. Simply having an Applied CSR24 license does not enable this feature.

• Remove Applied TAM Options
• Access Premium Proofs Processing

Remove Applied TAM Options

If your agency uses Premium Proofs Processing, it is advisable - but not necessary - to hide the options for Applied TAM auto IDs, certificates, and evidences.

1. On Home Base, click Tools > System Setup on the menubar.
2. Select the following checkboxes on the Settings tab of the System Setup window.
   • Hide TAM Auto ID Option
   • Hide TAM Certificate Option
   • Hide TAM Evidence of Property Option

3. Click OK.

Access Premium Proofs Processing

To access the Premium Proofs Processing area, follow the steps below.

1. At Home Base, click Clients & Files.
2. Select Customers from the dropdown menu above the list.
3. In the list, select the appropriate client and click the Policy List button.
4. Click Options > Premium Proofs.
