The following table describes the options in the Print When dialog box.

| Print repeated values | Radio buttons provide two options: Yes - Suppress printing of repeated values. No - Allow printing of repeated values. |
| In First Whole Band of New Page/Column | Click to show the field in the first complete band of a new page or column. |
| When This Group Changes | This check box is enabled for a field in a group band. Select this check box and choose a field name from a list to designate the object to print when the chosen field changes. |
| When Detail Overflows to New Page/Column | Click to print the object when the detail overflows to a new page or column. |
| Print Only When Expression is True... | Click the button next to the text box, to display Expression Builder dialogue box and specify a logical expression. When the report prints, FoxPro evaluates the logical expression and if it is true, the corresponding object prints. |
| Remove Link if Blank | Click to suppress printing of blank lines. |
