Statement Setup

The Statement Setup screen can be accessed when running Month-End.

Parts of the Screen

The Output Builder screen is comprised of the following areas:

  • Font and Style
  • Add New Text
  • Insert Image
• Data Elements: Criteria on this tab can be dragged to the Major Sorts and Minor Sorts boxes and to the canvas. Deselecting a checkbox in the Data Elements list hides the element in question on the statement.
• The Canvas: This is the main area of the screen. It is where information is moved, added to the statement, etc.
• Options: Properties of the selected field display. Use this area to specify font, font size, font color, format, highlight color, alignment, location, and field size.

Double click on an item in the Data Elements list to move it to the canvas, and then drag the edges of the box to size it. Or click once on the item, and click the area on the output builder where you want the item to go, and drag to the correct size.

To remove an item from the layout, click on the item and press [Delete].

To complete the layout, click Save and click the X in the upper right corner.
