Print Forms Received

This option allows you to print items such as messages, memos, and Dec pages. that have been sent to the agency from a company using ACORD Automation Level 1 (AL1 - print image). After a batch transmissions session, these messages are listed on the Forms Received from XXX Company on the Communication Log. This is the agency's indication to access this option and print the messages the company has sent. Use the following steps to access this option.

  1. From the Home Base, click Utilities.
  2. Expand the Company Interface treeview branch.
  3. Click Print Forms Received, then click the arrow Continue button to continue. The Print Forms Received screen displays.

The top list displays all received messages, while the bottom list contains the messages selected to print. The following options are available:

Once printing is complete, you will be prompted, The selected messages have been printed. Would you like to delete the messages that were printed? Click Yes or No.
