TAM's Workflow Wizard contains interactive screens that help you complete workflows on a step-by-step basis.
The following Workflow Wizards are provided for your use, and you can create custom wizards or edit existing workflows using the Workflow Editor.
Customer Workflows:
New Activity Workflow
New Claim Workflow

Policy Renewal— Invoicing Workflow

Use the following steps to access the Workflow Wizard.
At Home Base click Clients & Files.
On the Clients & Files button bar, click the Wizard button. The Workflow Wizard screen appears.
From the Show dropdown menu, select Customer or Prospect, depending on which group of workflows you wish to select from. The Workflow Names appear in the list.
Select the desired workflow.
To begin the workflow, click Start. Follow the instructions and fill in the fields on the wizard screens. For more button options, see Workflow Wizard Screen Buttons.
Workflow Wizard Screen Buttons
Steps: Click to view the steps for the selected workflow. This window displays the step description, whether it has been completed, whether it is required, and the status. Click Close to close the Workflow Steps window.
Start: Click to activate the selected wizard.
Exit: Click to close the Workflow Wizard and return to the Clients & Files list.
Next: Click to move to the next screen in the workflow.
Suspend: Click to exit and save your place in the workflow so that you can reenter and complete it later. You may also reassign the workflow to another employee.
To access the Suspend button any time during a workflow, click the Cancel button on the screen you are currently viewing.
When you click Suspend, a WIZD activity is created and appears in the Open Activities list on Home Base.
To reenter a suspended workflow, right click the activity in the Open Activities list, and select Drill Down.
To reassign the workflow to another employee, click Suspend, and on the Suspend Workflow window, click the Reassign checkbox. Select the OP ID (operator ID) from the list and click OK. You may type a note in the Suspense Activity Note box (the text appears in the Note area on the Activity Detail).
Finish: Click to exit the workflow and return to the initial screen of the Workflow Wizard.
