  1. On the TAM Workflow Editor screen, click New. The Create New Workflow screen displays.
    1. Enter the New Workflow Name.
    2. You have the option to base this workflow on the workflow currently selected on the TAM Workflow Editor screen. In the Copy current Workflow frame, determine whether you would like to copy the existing workflow's Properties and/or Worksteps.
    3. If you would like all members of your organization to be able to access this workflow, click Yes in the Share this Workflow frame. Otherwise, select No.
Note: Users can only make modifications to workflows that they have created.
    4. Click OK.
  2. You are returned to the TAM Workflow Editor screen, with the workflow you just added selected.
    1. If desired, modify the Workflow Name and add a Description on the field to the right.
    2. Double click in the Note File field to add an informational note saved as a .TXT file on your computer. See Note File for more information.
    3. In the This is a frame, select Workflow or Library. (Libraries are groups of similar worksteps; for example, the Creators library contains worksteps that involve adding a new file to the system, and the Editors library contains worksteps that involve editing existing files. Workflows are groups of worksteps meant to be performed in the specified order.)
    4. To add or modify worksteps, click the Worksteps button.
  3. When you have finished making changes, click Save, then click Exit to close the TAM Workflow Editor screen.
