Use the Drill Down option to open an item linked to an activity, such as a memo or document. For example, if you created a TAM document on a customer and said Yes to create an activity when you were saving the document, you have the ability to drill down on that activity and it will bring you to that document.
The following activity types have drill down associations:
To determine whether an activity has a drill down associated with it, look at the Clients & Files Activity List. A drill down associated with an activity is indicated by a number displaying in the DD column. The count indicates the number of attachments associated with the activity. Note that the DD column is on the far right in the list, so you may need to scroll right to see it.

Note: On the Clients & Files Activity List, a drill down associated with an activity is indicated by a number in the DD column.
When you drill down on an activity that is linked to an item in the Attachment List, the Attachment Detail window appears.
On the Attachment Detail window, click Options and select one of the following:
If the attachment item contains grouped attachments, an attachment button
with a totalled attachment count displaying beside it in the lower right corner of the window. To view the list of attachments, double click the Attachment button or select Display Attached Items from the Options menu.
Two drill down options are available on the Home Base Open Activities list and the Activity Center, Options menu:
When you select Client Drill Down, TAM opens Clients & Files, the linked client list (i.e., Customers, Introducers, etc.), the Activity List, and the drill down item (i.e., Activity Detail, Attachment Detail, Suspended Workflow Wizard, etc.)
If you double click on a drill down activity on the Home Base Open Activities list, TAM accesses the item as it does when you select the Client Drill Down option.
When you select Item Drill Down, TAM directly opens the linked drill down item. (It does not open the Clients & Files screens as in Client Drill Down.)
