To access other interest information, at Home Base, click Clients & Files. From the dropdown menu above the list, select Other Interests.
Other interests are listed by Other Interest ID, Name, and Street. Scroll through the list to select the desired other interest, or type the first few letters of the other interest Code in the field below the list to jump to the closest match. (For more information on customising and navigating this list, see List Management.)
The sidebar on the right portion of the screen contains an information summary for the selected other interest. The agent name, address, business phone number, fax number, email address, and any miscellaneous notes display in this summary.
To view the detail screen for the selected other interest, click Detail.
Click Options to access the following workflows:
Click Cancel to return to Home Base.
