Claim Reports

The following reports are available from the Claim category of TAM Reports.

Both TAM Reports and TAM Classic Reports are available: the title bar denotes what version of the reports you are currently in. TAM Reports opens by default and all reports are available from this area.

Claim Notes

The Claim Notes report presents information on claims filed, including loss date, adjustor, adjustor's phone number, coverage type, policy number, effective and expiration dates, loss amount, and notes attached to the claim.

Claim Payments Report

The Claim Payments Report presents information on payments made to claimants, including the issued check number, check date, sent date, type of coverage, description of damage, and amount paid for each item.

Claim Report

The Claim Report shows claim activity for a specific time period. This report provides a summary of each claim and can be used in conjunction with the Production Report to track loss ratio.

Claimant Report

The Claimant Report presents claimant information, including name, telephone number, loss date, coverage, loss amount, and amounts paid.

Loss Ratio Report

The Loss Ratio Report compares production and loss history to present a loss ratio, ordered by insurer.
