Search Clients by Policy Number

The Clients by Policy No. search enables you to find customers by entering the beginning of a policy number or the full policy number.  

1. At Home Base, click Clients & Files. From the dropdown menu above the list, select Customers.
2. Click Options > Search > Clients by Policy No.
3. Enter a policy number into the search field. You may enter a partial policy number (beginning of policy #) or the entire policy number.
4. Click Find to execute the search. Clients by Policy No. searches current policies and policy history.
5. Policies that match the search criteria display in the Policies Found section. Select a policy # to close the search screen and jump to that customer’s policy list or click Cancel to exit the search screen.
