Print User or Group Rights

1. From the Home Base, click Utilities.
2. On the Utility Manager screen, open the System Administrative folder in the treeview.
3. Select Security Manager.
4. Click the arrow to continue.
5. From the File menu, select Print.
6. Select an Option (Users or Groups).
7. Select the Print Security Detail checkbox if, in addition to the user or group's rights, you would like to print a list of rights that are granted, denied, and/or inheritable. Make selections in the Type frame to determine what will print.
8. Select specific users or groups from the list. To select more than one, hold the [CTRL] key while you click each selection. Use the Select All and Unselect All buttons if desired.
9. Click OK.
10. Click Print (or Preview, then Print).
11. Click Cancel to return to the main screen in Security Manager.
