Using Upload Center
Note: Because the application launches on your local station, only files that are saved to your local drive can be uploaded.
Drag and Drop
- Select your desired file or folder from the Folder/File Viewer.
- Drag from the Folder/File Viewer and drop in the Files to Upload list.
- Upload Center will begin transferring the file. The items should appear in this list similar to the following during the upload process:

- Once all verifications have finished, your file(s) will populate in your Unrouted Attachments folder.
Note: TAMOnline Users: Signature files (.pcx) route to your H:\APPS\PCX signatures folder.
VisionOnline Users: JPG image files you have uploaded to use as signatures route to your L:\[USERNAME] folder.
Manually Adding Files
- Click the
button. An explorer window displays.
- Select the file you want to add manually and click Open, or double click on the file.
- Upload Center will begin transferring the file. The items should appear in this list similar to the following during the upload process:

- Once all verifications have finished, your file(s) will populate in your Unrouted Attachments folder. The upload window will display the following for a successful item:

Retrying Failed Files
Click the
button to attempt to reload any files that received a Failed status or Server Timeout warning. The process will restart and reattempt to upload any files that failed to move over into your AppliedOnline Environment.
