Client Memos

With Client Memos, you can enter information and/or special details about a client and attach it to a client file in Applied Rating Services.

Accessing Client Memos

When you access client memos from Desktop Navigation, the Memos button in the Client Information section displays a visual indication (a blue dot) on the top right if there is at least one client memo on the client account. To quickly identify the memos on the client account, hover over the button to display the Subject for each memo. If there are four or fewer memos, all display. If there are five or more memos, the three most recent memos display along with the number of additional memos available.
