When a client has accepted a quote from a carrier, you can complete the CSIO application within Applied Rating Services. Completing the application enables you to print, email, attach, and/or send the CSIO application and the Pre-Authorized Payment Form from within the system. Additionally, you can automatically integrate the completed CSIO application to your Broker Management System. The CSIO Application feature is available only if your brokerage has the application licence.
For AutoRater quotes, the AutoRater Supplementary Application Details screens in the Cloud version of Applied Rating Services (Applied Rating Services 2022 MU3 and later) use tab-based navigation. For Ontario AutoRater quotes, tab-based navigation is available in Applied Rating 2022 MU2 and later. The AutoRater Supplementary Application Details screens include the following attributes and functionality:
Note: When using Rating Services Cloud, you cannot change information returned by a quote in the AutoRater Supplementary Application Details screens as the Modify Quote tab is not available.
Access the CSIO Application via the list button or the options bar.
The Supplementary Data screen displays; from here, the CSIO application can be completed or the quote details can be modified for the quote.
The Supplementary Data/Supplementary Application Details screen displays; from this screen, you can complete the CSIO application, modify the quote details (not available on the Supplementary Application Details screen or for PropertyRater quotes), and access Document Centre to print the CSIO application.

Completing the Payment/Billing section populates the information in the Pre-Authorized Payment Form, which enables you send it to the client at the same time you send the application and/or additional information.
Note: The Modify Quote tab is not available in the AutoRater Supplementary Application Details screens when using Rating Services Cloud.
The Modify Quote tab, which is only available in Applied AutoRater, allows for the modification of details returned by the quote. Any modification you make is highlighted in yellow. Once the quote modifications are saved, they can be used on the CSIO Application and Pre-Authorized Payment Form when printing, emailing, attaching or sending to eSignature by selecting the Application (Modified) and Pre-Authorized Payment Form (Modified) options in Document Centre. Additionally, the quote modifications can be integrated to your Broker Management System.
It is important to note that quote modifications are specific to the quote and carrier selected at the time they are made. Changing the quote in any way, or saving with a different carrier, will remove any saved quote modifications.

If for any reason you need to revert to the original quoted details, you can remove all your user modifications from all vehicles on the quote and restore the quote details with one click from the Supplementary Data screen or the Modify Quote tab.
