Help is available throughout the system. You can choose to view the entire online guide or jump to the help article specific to the area in which you are currently working.
To open the help file, press [F1] or click Help > Contents on the menubar.
The Contents tab displays the main topics in the help file. Click the plus or minus symbol to the left of a topic to expand or minimize the directory treeview.
To find information on a specific topic, use the Search tab.
To search for an exact phrase match, enclose the keywords in double quotes. For example, enter "Client Information" in the Search pane to search for all topics that contain the phrase Client Information. If you do not enclose the words in quotes, the search finds all topics that have both words; the words may not appear together within the topic. Use quotes to narrow the focus of your search. The search highlights any items that it finds to match the words entered. You can turn the highlight feature off in your browser through the Options button.
Help for Applied Rating Services displays in your Internet browser. When you access Help, you must log into the Applied Community if you have not done so already.
A blue link takes you to the Help File document that it references.
An orange link expands to show you additional instructions. Click the orange link a second time to close the expanded text.
