The Pending MVR Report utility enables you to retrieve non-immediate ordered reports in Alberta, Newfoundland, and Labrador. For all other provinces the utility gives you the ability to launch the quote to reorder reports if needed
Note: You will only see your MVR Requests in the list.
Access the utility from the Desktop Navigation screen by clicking Utilities > Pending MVR Report on the menubar.
In the Authorization section of the Pending MVR Reports screen the information in the Sponsor (Carrier selected to order the report) and User ID (your username from the CGI field) fields default. Enter your password in the Password field.
Select the driver for whom you want to retrieve the report for and click the Retrieve Report button to retrieve the ordered report.
If there are multiple pending MVRs in the list when you click the Retrieve Report button, a message displays asking Would you like to retrieve all associated reports? Click Yes to request all reports, or click No to only request the selected report.
After the report is retrieved, Applied AutoRater launches automatically and the quote opens. If the pending report(s) are still not available a message displays stating Report still pending. Please try again. It can take up to 24 hours to retrieve a non-immediate report. Click OK on the message screen to close it.
