Printing From Document Centre
The Document Centre allows you to print and save multiple documents.
The Document Centre displays whenever you select or click any print option
or print button .
Printing Documents
- Select the Document
category from the list in the Documents
pane.
- Select the checkbox next to the document(s) you wish to print,
on the right side of the screen.
Note: If
desired, click the Print
button
to print preview the document(s) first
before printing them.
- If necessary, click the Printer
Name dropdown to select a printer other than the one that defaults.
- Click Print
to print the document(s), and/or click the
Save To
PDF button to save the document(s) as a PDF File.
Printing Multiple Documents
- To enable the printing or saving of multiple documents, click the
Add to Multi-Document
Processing checkbox.
- When the Add to Multi-Document
Processing checkbox is selected, checkboxes display next to
each document category in the left Documents
pane. Select the checkboxes next to the documents to print them.
- Click the Multiple
Document Processing
button to define the delivery of each selected document.
- The Multiple Document Processing
screen displays. The Information
column states which document category the document is from. For example,
if the Underwriting document is included in the list, it will display
as Quote Information – Underwriting
in that column.
- For each document, determine how it will be delivered by selecting
the Save to PDF checkbox
if it is being delivered by PDF and/or by selecting the Print
radio button, and then selecting a Printer.
Note: Clicking
on a column header will select / deselect all items.
- Click the Process
button to process the jobs. Once the jobs are completed, a pop up
displays stating that the multiple document processing has been completed.
