Unlock/Lock Clients

Viewing and Unlocking Client Locks

To view and unlock client locks from the Desktop Navigation screen, click Utilities > View Client Locks on the menubar.

Note: To unlock all locks on the client without viewing the locks click Utilities > Unlock Client on the menubar.

1. The list displays the Quote #, Line, and the User Name. Select the quote you wish to unlock.
2. Click the Unlock button to unlock the quote.
3. When you have completed editing/viewing your client locks, click the Close button to exit the screen.
