The Data Quality dashboard identifies records with issues that may impact the usefulness of dashboard or report data for users throughout the system. It displays activities associated to invalid employees, lines with invalid servicing roles, contacts who have opted out of their Preferred marketing method, clients with mismatched types of business assigned, and active lines with invalid issuing companies. You and other users at your organization can then review and correct these records to improve the reliability of data throughout your system.
