You can only edit an unsent pre-built campaign edition in Draft status. If necessary, however, you can reset a scheduled pre-built campaign edition’s status to Draft. The content of a pre-built campaign is only editable if you selected the Set up this Campaign option and chose Schedule Delivery > Save in Draft status until I choose to send when setting up the campaign. If you selected any other option, you can only edit the Campaign Basics, list selections, and delivery options.
You cannot copy a pre-built campaign. If you want to send the same pre-built campaign again (for example, with minor changes to your organization’s added content), locate it in Campaigns > Pre-Built Campaign and refer to the Set up this Campaign section of Use a Pre-Built Campaign. To prevent recipients from receiving the same editions twice, remember to delete all editions of the original pre-built campaign before scheduling delivery of the new one.
You can hide Active or Completed campaigns that you no longer need to access regularly. Hiding campaigns removes them from the default Campaigns list, but you can display them by selecting the Show Hidden checkbox. Click the Show link to restore a hidden campaign to the default list. Hiding a campaign does not affect any scheduled distributions.
Note: The following information is specific to pre-built campaigns. See Campaigns for information about the types of campaigns available.
The editable areas of an edition depend on selections made during the pre-built campaign’s creation. You can only edit or delete pre-built campaign editions in Draft status. You must edit each edition of a pre-built campaign separately.
