Templates

The Templates Management page contains pre-built email templates that you can use to create professional, visually consistent emails for campaigns across specific structures or your entire organization. You can create original templates or edit existing templates in the Email Builder (just as you would edit an individual email). Use templates to build emails in standard or drip campaigns. To access Templates Management, click Templates in the navigation menu.

You can use the Applied-Provided Templates for your campaign emails as they are, or copy them to modify their designs.

Filter and search to find the template you need. The Filter By dropdown searches the keywords configured on the templates. The Search field performs a text-based search on all templates. For easy access to a frequently used template, click the Bookmark icon to save it to the top of your Templates Management list.
