Use this function to view all of the policies for a selected client as of a specific date and generate a report for a specific policy or line of business. You can use this tool for the following lines of business:

Note: This article contains printing instructions that are only applicable if Applied Epic is installed locally on your computer. If you access Epic through a web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge, you cannot print directly from within the system. See Printing for more information about the printing capabilities available from Epic Browser. All other steps in this article are applicable to both methods of accessing Epic unless stated otherwise.

  1. Access the Accounts area and locate the client in question .
  2. Highlight the desired client in the Results list.
  3. To access this feature, do one of the following:
  4. In the Coverage Snapshot window, change the policies that display in the list if necessary.
  5. The current system date defaults in the Coverages effective as of field, but you can change this date if necessary.
  6. Click on the line in the list to select it.
  7. To print a coverage snapshot report for a specific line, select a Printer in the dropdown menu. To change your standard printer settings, click the Change Printer Settings link label to open the Print window.

Click Finish or press [Enter] to print the report.

 

Click Cancel or press [Esc] to close the screen without printing the change request. You are prompted: "Do you wish to cancel printing?" Click Yes.

 

Click Preview to preview the document before printing it.
