Contact Language Configuration
In this area you can activate and inactivate languages. Once a language
is activated, it is an available selection for the Language
field within contact
detail and can also be selected when creating attachment
templates. The language selected for a contact determines the default
language used for all documents generated for that contact.
- From the Home screen, do one of the following:
- Click Configure
on the navigation panel.
- Click Areas>
Configure on the menubar.
- Click the down
arrow next to Home
on the options bar and select Configure.
From any other area of the program, do
one of the following:
- Click the down
arrow to the right of Home
on the options bar and select Configure.
- Click Home
> Configure on the menubar.
- The Configure screen displays.
Click Account
on the navigation panel or Areas
> Account on the menubar.
- Click Contact
Languages on the navigation panel. A list of supported contact
languages displays. Use the Search
where bar to narrow the languages listed if necessary.
To activate or inactivate a language, select the language
in the list and click Actions
> Activate/Inactivate. The value in the Status
column is updated accordingly.
