For increased efficiency, configure incoming leads to process without user interaction (rather than requiring users to import them into your system manually). You can configure some or all incoming leads to process automatically based on their Initial Quote Status, or require manual processing for all leads with a given status. All leads are sent to the Leads Inbox, including leads configured for automatic import. Users can process leads manually from Leads Inbox if they fail to import automatically (as well as reviewing leads that have imported automatically).
You can also automate the process of archiving leads from Leads Inbox after a specific period of time and determine when leads are purged to reduce clutter, comply with your organization’s data security standards, and act in accordance with other requirements and best practices.
