The settings you configure on this screen set the default values on the Additional Distribution Options pop-up accessible from the Distribution tab when a user issues Auto ID cards. The options you select in this area default to save users time, but they can make different selections if needed.
From any other area of the program, do one of the following:
Click the down arrow to the right of the Home options bar button and select Configure.
Click Home > Configure on the menubar. The Configure screen displays.
Click Proofs on the navigation panel or Areas > Proofs on the menubar.
Click Auto ID Card Options on the navigation panel.
In the When Issuing Auto ID Cards frame, select the Create separate PDFs for issued auto ID cards checkbox if needed. Selecting this option is recommended if your brokerage wants to display individual Auto ID cards on your website or portal for client access.
If you want to
sort auto IDs by their registering state within a single PDF in the
exported ZIP file, select the Save
local copies of auto ID card PDFs checkbox.
Users can export and save the batch locally using the Send
PDF Batch to Drive feature in Procedures. The destination of the
exported ZIP file varies, depending on the way they are accessing
Applied Epic:
If they have Epic installed locally on their computer, they are prompted to select a location to save the file to.
If they are accessing Epic from a web browser, the ZIP file saves to their browser's default Downloads folder.
