Applied Epic allows you to import and export holders and additional interests in different file formats for client verification and for quick and easy entry of data into the program. The Import/Export Holders configuration area allows you to determine what information will be pulled into particular fields in Applied Epic.
Note: This article contains printing instructions that are only applicable if Applied Epic is installed locally on your computer. If you access Epic through a web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge, you cannot print directly from within the system. See Printing for more information about the printing capabilities available from Epic Browser. All other steps in this article are applicable to both methods of accessing Epic unless stated otherwise.
From any other area of the program, do one of the following:
You can do the following from here:
A set of mappings defaults into the Mappings list. You can do the following if necessary:
Click Finish if you have no more mappings to add.
Click Cancel or press [Esc] to close the window without saving your changes. You are prompted: "Do you wish to discard changes?" Click Yes.
To move an item up
or down in the Mappings
list, click on the correct item, and then
click the up arrow
or down
arrow to the left of the list.
Note:
If you want to return the set of mappings
for the selected risk type and application
combination to the system defaults, click
the Restore
Default Mappings link label above the
Mappings
list.
Click to highlight the mapping file that you wish to copy in the list, and then do one of the following:
Click Actions > Copy Mapping File on the options bar.
Click Actions > Copy Mapping File on the menubar.
You are prompted: "Do you wish to copy the selected mapping file?" Click Yes.
Make changes in the available fields to the right as necessary.
