Different employees in your organization may have more or less authority to issue discounts and refunds and to write off balances, depending on their roles and responsibilities. You can use this area to enforce limits on this authority on a per-employee basis.
Click Areas > Configure on the menubar.
From any other area of the program, do one of the following:
Click the down arrow to the right of the Home options bar button and select Configure.
Click Home > Configure on the menubar. The Configure screen displays.
Click User Options > Limits on the navigation panel. The Limits screen displays.
