With This, Not That Report

Use this report to generate lists of clients to whom you might be able to sell additional lines of business. For example, you can search for accounts with habitational coverage but no auto coverage.

1. Access the Reports/Marketing area.

   To access the Reports/Marketing area from the Home screen, do one of the following:

   • Click Reports/Marketing on the navigation panel.
   • Click Areas > Reports/Marketing on the menubar.
   • Click the down arrow next to Home on the options bar and select Reports/Marketing.

   To access Reports/Marketing from another area of the program, do one of the following:

   • Click Home > Reports/Marketing on the menubar.
   • Click the down arrow next to Home on the options bar and select Reports/Marketing.
2. The My Reports list defaults when the Reports/Marketing screen opens. Click Policy on the navigation panel or click on My Reports in the view filter and select Policy.
3. Click the With This, Not That report.
4. Do one of the following:
   • Click the Edit button .
   • Double click the report.
5. The Criteria screen displays. Use the following settings for these items:
    
   • With These Policies: Select All.
   • Without These Policies: Select All.
   • With These Lines: Choose the lines of business that the current accounts should have.
   • Without These Lines: Choose the lines of business that the current accounts should not have.
   • Record Listing: If you want each account to be listed only once on the report, select the Once per client radio button.
