Copy a Report
Reports allow you to view specific information for accounts, depending
on the report generated. You can customize reports using the Report
Output Builder. The default layout includes information such as Client
Code, Client Name, Loss Type, Estimates, Issuing Company, Policy, and
any dates associated with a claim.
If you access Applied Epic using a web browser, you must install Layout Builder
from Help > Connection Suite
to add and edit layouts.
- Access the
Reports/Marketing area.
- The My Reports list defaults
when the Reports/Marketing
screen opens. If the report is in a different list, click the button for that
list on the navigation panel, or click on My Reports
in the view filter and make a different selection.

- General Ledger Reports
- Interface Reports
- Management Reports
- Policy Reports
- Transaction Reports
- Click to highlight the appropriate report.
- Do one of the following:
- Click Actions
> Copy Report To on the options bar.
- Click Actions
> Copy Report To on the menubar.
- Right click the report and select Copy
Report To.
- The Copy Report window
displays. The options in the Create
copies in section vary, depending on the type of report and
the list in which it is located:
- My Reports: Sends a
copy of the report to your My
Reports list.
- Main Group - [group name]:
Moves a copy of the report from your My
Reports to the stated list.
- Other Users' My Reports:
Send a copy of the report to other users' My
Reports lists. If you select this checkbox, select the
checkbox next to the name of each user whose My
Reports list will be affected.
- The Language, Name, and Comments default from the report
you are copying but can be changed if necessary.
- Click Finish.
