Communication Log Reports
Applied Epic allows you to customize the communication log if
you do not wish to use the standard report.
In order to use this feature, your agency must be set up for custom
layouts in Interface
System Settings.
- Access the
Reports/Marketing area.
- The My Reports list defaults
when the Reports/Marketing
screen opens. If the report is in a different list, click the correct
button on the navigation panel, or click on My Reports
in the view filter and select Interface.
Each of the reports listed display the information contained in the
Communication Log. Only those reports where data has been delivered
from the download will trigger the associated section to print. If
the download contains claim data, for example, the Claims Received
report prints. If no claim data is received, there is no printed report.
- Click to highlight the appropriate existing report.
- Do one of the following:
- Click the Edit
button
.
- Double click the report.
- The Criteria screen displays.
