Continue a myEpic Workflow
You can continue myEpic workflows that have been suspended.
By default, only your own suspended workflows display in the list. You
can add the ability to view others' myEpic workflows on the View
Other Employees tab in Employee Detail.
If you access Applied Epic through a web browser, you must install the
Epic Desktop Connector and the
Workflow Viewer from Help
> Connection Suite to use the myEpic Workflow Viewer.
- Click myEpic
on the options bar or menubar, or press [F11].
- In the myEpic Workflows
pop-up window, access the Suspended
tab.
- Your suspended workflows display in the list. You can narrow
the list if necessary.
- You can change
the columns that display in the list if you wish.

the last time the workflow was suspended display in the Comments
section. Clicking Suspend History
shows all suspensions for the selected workflow. Clicking a suspension
shows its Comments. Click
Close
to return to the myEpic - Workflows window.
- Click to highlight the correct workflow
and then click the arrow
.
- The workflow steps display on the left in the order in which they
occur, beginning where you last left off. As you complete each item,
click Next.
Note: Certain
workflows allow you to click Back
to change the data on a previous step. If the Back
button is disabled, you cannot return to a former workstep.
- Workflow steps that are preceded by a question mark icon require
you to answer a question before proceeding. When you get to the step,
you must make a selection.

If you cannot finish the workflow, you have the following options:

Workflow: Stop the workflow at the
current step so that it can be completed later.

saving any changes to the current screen. Data entered on previous
