Real-Time Commands

Perform the following commands (i.e., transactions) using the Real-Time Interface screen.

You can also perform select Real-Time transactions from the Policies screen, without accessing the Real-Time Interface. Use the link labels in the eServicing ribbon to perform a Policy Inquiry, Claim Inquiry, Billing Inquiry, or Company Website transaction. The transactions available depend on the issuing company’s configuration and the transactions it supports. Use the Launch Real-Time button in the Market Appetite panel to perform a Rate transaction with any carrier that supports Real-Time rating and the selected line of business.
