Select Prefills

Prefills let you enter default coverages, remarks, and answers to questions without to having enter the information into every field. You can change the information that defaults from the prefill if necessary.

Normally, you select a prefill when adding a policy, line, or custom form (along with its associated supplemental screens). However, you can also apply a prefill to an application from the application's detail screen. The policy must be In Process to have a prefill applied.

You cannot use the Select Prefills action to apply a coverage prefill to a policy/plan detail form. Instead, use the form’s Select Prefill button in the Application Detail section (if any prefills are configured for the form). See Policy/Plan Data Capture Forms for more information.
