Send an SMS Message
Text messaging is a preferred method of communication for many people,
as well as a convenient, efficient way for you to keep in touch with clients
and prospects. You can send SMS messages to contacts who have opted in
to receive your organization’s text messages from almost anywhere in Applied
Epic. However, you cannot send MMS messages, only receive them.
Important!
Before texting clients, you must obtain their consent. Familiarize yourself
with U.S. laws on text communications before you begin using this functionality.
