Print a Certificate

When new editions of existing forms are implemented, the version that displays on your Applied Epic screen is the most recent edition. The system can display only one version at a time. However, policies written with older versions of the same form still print the edition used at the time of issuance. Upon renewal of the policy, the new/most recent edition of the form prints.

An attachment that is to be included with the certificate must be one of the following file types: PDF, DOC, DOCX, DOCM, XLS, XLSX, XLSM, CSV, TXT, TIF, TIFF, GIF, GIFF, JPG, JPEG, JPE, BMP, or MSG.

Note: This article contains printing instructions that are only applicable if Applied Epic is installed locally on your computer. If you access Epic through a web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge, you cannot print directly from within the system. See Printing for more information about the printing capabilities available from Epic Browser. All other steps in this article are applicable to both methods of accessing Epic unless stated otherwise.
