Receipt Layout Builder

Use the Receipt Layout Builder to add and remove fields, choose sorts, change the formatting of the text on a receipt, add a watermark, and/or modify a receipt's layout.

Note: This article contains printing instructions that are only applicable if Applied Epic is installed locally on your computer. If you access Epic through a web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge, you cannot print directly from within the system. See Printing for more information about the printing capabilities available from Epic Browser. All other steps in this article are applicable to both methods of accessing Epic unless stated otherwise.

If you access Applied Epic using a web browser, you must install Layout Builder from Help > Connection Suite to add and edit layouts.

  1. From the Home screen, do one of the following:

From any other area of the program, do one of the following:

  1. Click Accounting on the navigation panel or Areas > Accounting on the menubar.
  2. Click Receipt For Payment Layout on the navigation panel.
  3. Click on the receipt layout you would like to edit.

To complete the layout, click Finish.

To close the Output Builder without saving your changes, click Cancel.
