Applied Epic allows you to specify which events will automatically generate an activity and which activity codes are available for each event. Epic comes with a set of predefined system events, each of which has a default activity code. You can change the activity codes assigned to system events if necessary, or make more than one activity code available. However, you cannot add new system events. See Activity Code Configuration for information on adding activity codes to the system.
You can set up system events to generate required or optional activities automatically.
Note: This article contains printing instructions that are only applicable if Applied Epic is installed locally on your computer. If you access Epic through a web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge, you cannot print directly from within the system. See Printing for more information about the printing capabilities available from Epic Browser. All other steps in this article are applicable to both methods of accessing Epic unless stated otherwise.
