Attachment Access Level Configuration

Each attachment is assigned an access level (Public is the default setting), allowing you to determine which employees will be able to access it. Attachment Access Level Configuration allows you to create the desired access levels. You can define a maximum of twenty access levels.

Note: This article contains printing instructions that are only applicable if Applied Epic is installed locally on your computer. If you access Epic through a web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge, you cannot print directly from within the system. See Printing for more information about the printing capabilities available from Epic Browser. All other steps in this article are applicable to both methods of accessing Epic unless stated otherwise.

  1. Click Attachment on the navigation panel or Areas > Attachment on the menubar.
  2. Click Access Levels on the navigation panel.
