On Demand User Detail Report

The User Detail report enables you to view and print information for selected user accounts or for all users in your system.  If you require more advanced criteria filtering options than are available in the On Demand report, you should instead run the User Detail report from the Reports/Marketing area.

Note: This article contains printing instructions that are only applicable if Applied Epic is installed locally on your computer. If you access Epic through a web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge, you cannot print directly from within the system. See Printing for more information about the printing capabilities available from Epic Browser. All other steps in this article are applicable to both methods of accessing Epic unless stated otherwise.

  1. From the Home screen, click Configure on the navigation panel.

    From any other area of the program, click Home > Configure on the menubar or options bar.
  2. Click Security > Users on the navigation panel.
  3. On the menubar or options bar, click On Demand > User Detail.
  4. The User Detail window displays. Check the type(s) of data to include in the report:
  5. In the Users frame, select the All radio button if you wish to view results for all users. If you wish to view results for a selected user or users, click the Selected radio button and do the following:
    1. Click the Add button to the left of the list.
    2. The Add Users window displays. To filter the Available Users that display, enter the desired criteria in the Search where bar and click Find.
    3. Select the appropriate user(s). To continue adding users, click Add. When you are finished selecting users, click Finish.
  6. Click Preview. The Print Preview screen displays.

    Click Page Setup to specify the print parameters or to change the printer to which the document should be sent. Fill this window in as you would for any other document.

    Change the Zoom percentage to change the size of the document on the screen for easier viewing.

    Click the Single Page View , Double Page View , and Multiple Page View buttons to specify the number of pages that should display on the screen.

    Use the First Page, Next Page, Previous Page, and Last Page buttons to scroll through the pages on the screen, or enter the desired page number in the field provided and press [Enter].

    Click the Print button to print the document. Your Print window displays. Print this as you would any other document.

    Click Close to exit the screen without printing the document.
