To
access the General Ledger from the Home screen, do one of
the following:
Click
General
Ledger on the navigation panel.
Click
Areas
> General Ledger on the menubar.
Click
the down
arrow next to Home
on the options bar and select General
Ledger.
To access the General Ledger from
another area of the program, do one of the following:
Click Home
> General Ledger on the menubar.
Click the down arrow next to Home
on the options bar and select General
Ledger.
Click
Import
on the navigation panel, or click Areas
> Import on the menubar.
Click
Receipts
under Import on the navigation
bar.
Click
on the batch
in the list and do one of the following:
Click
the Edit
button beside the list.
Press
[Enter]
on your keyboard.
Press
[Ctrl]+O.
Double
click the batch.
The batch opens and displays the options selected when it was added.
You cannot modify these options. Click Detail
on the navigation panel.
The Detail section displays
all receipts in the batch and the fields they match. To sort by any
of the columns in the list, click the column
header. Click the column
header again to sort in the reverse order. To return the rows
to the order in which they were listed in the import file, sort by
the Order # column.
Note: The
list displays only the first 10,000 items in the receipt batch. A
record count displays the number of records that are currently visible
and the total number of records in the import. If more than 10,000
records are available, use the search
bar to narrow your results.
Click on a receipt
to view its details at the bottom of the screen.
If you notice discrepancies with the import, adjust your mapping
definition and add the batch again. If all of the receipts are
correct, import the batch
into the system.
To locate records that match specific criteria, use the search
bar. Make a selection in each dropdown menu to locate the desired
receipts. The fields vary, depending on the menu options you choose.

The choices available in the second dropdown menu vary, depending
on the selection you made in the first dropdown.
