Management Reports

The following management reports are available:

Confidential Client Access - Client Report

The Confidential Client Access - Client report shows a list of accounts with restricted access and the individuals who have access to them. For each Account Code, it provides the individual's Name, Title, and Department, as well as where they inherited their security access.

Confidential Client Access - Employee Report

The Confidential Client Access - Employee report shows a list of any employees who have access to confidential clients. The confidential client(s) to which each employee has access are listed with that employee, along with their account types, Account Status, and where the employee inherited their security access.

myEpic Workflow Tracking

myEpic Workflow Tracking provides insight into Workflow Groups, workflow usage, start and end times, and start and end owners, as well as information regarding suspend reasons, comments, dates, and resumed dates. This report provides insight into how workflows perform via multiple layouts: Complete Detail – Comparing Employees, Complete Detail, Comparing (workflow) versions, and Summary information. The report includes workflow duration (total time elapsed) as well as actual time spent on each workflow itself. It also provides the average duration of workflows.

myEpic Workstep Tracking

The myEpic Workstep Tracking Report evaluates the workflow worksteps based on the number of times various worksteps are performed within a workflow, with the total duration and average duration of those worksteps.

Permission Detail

The Permission Detail report shows the security permissions defined on the Program Access tabs in User Configuration and Security Group Configuration. You can use this report to do any of the following:

Two layouts are available for the Permission Detail report: the User Permissions layout and the Group Permissions layout. These layouts cannot be modified.

Policy Checking

The Policy Checking report lists the Policy Checking requests that have been sent for processing, with a description of each item, its owner, and its processing stage. This report can help you track the volume of Policy Checking usage in your system and monitor the time that Policy Checks take to complete. Running this report on a weekly basis is recommended, to identify any Policy Checks marked Ready that still need attention and to ensure timely completion of the process and efficient service to your clients.

Security Group Detail

The Security Group Detail report shows information for security groups defined in Security Group Configuration. Two default layouts are available. The Detail/Members layout pulls information from the security group’s Detail/Members tab (the group names and the names/usercodes of all members). The Program Access layout pulls information from the security group’s Program Access tab and shows which security permissions are granted or denied to group members.

The layouts of the Security Group Detail report cannot be modified.

SMS Report

The SMS report gives you information on integrated texting usage in your system. The default report shows you the employees in your organization using integrated texting and the contacts with whom they are communicating. The report displays message totals and is sorted by account name.

Unrouted Attachment

The Unrouted Attachment report lists scanned documents that have not yet been attached to any items. You can display each unrouted attachment's history with it to show how long items are taking to be routed. Other common uses of the report include the following:

User Detail

The User Detail report shows information for users defined in User Configuration. You can run the report for a single user, selected users, or all users. You can also filter output by structure, security permission, or bank account.

Four layouts are available for the User Detail report. The Group Memberships, Structure Access, Program Access, and Bank Account Access layouts each pull information from the corresponding tab in user detail. These layouts cannot be modified.

User Login

The User Login report provides information on logins’ attempts to access the system, including the machines used, the dates and times of the login attempts, and whether the attempts were successful. This report can be run for a single login, selected logins, or all logins. You can also filter output by date or by whether the login attempts were successful.

Verify Policy Renewal Commission Agreements

The Verify Policy Renewal Commission Agreements report displays each policy’s commission agreements before and after it was renewed using the Renew action. If the system has made any changes to the commission agreements, the report also gives the reason for these changes. Use this report to confirm that the correct commission agreement has defaulted on each policy. Please note that this report does not include commission agreement changes on policies renewed by Download.
